Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your CareLink account and all associated personal data. Please fill out the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.
Once your account is deleted:
- Your profile, bookings, and health records will be permanently removed
- You will no longer receive any communications from CareLink
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- Data legally required to be retained (e.g., financial records) will be anonymised and kept for the legally mandated period only
You can also delete your account directly inside the CareLink app by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Submit a Deletion Request

We will process it within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email.
